INWA Convention in Bibione is history by now. Most of INWA member countries gathered to North Italy in Bibione. The main focus of the convention this time was on beach nordic walking. Several workshops were organized on beach and Bibione, with 8 km beautiful sand beach, is a perfect place for this.

Over recent months there has been much discussion, and some controversy, over who founded Nordic Walking. INWA is quite clear on the history of Nordic Walking and it’s founder and wishes to state, particularly for the benefit of those who are unaware of the true foundations of Nordic Walking.
