2017 Convention of Chinese School Nordic Walking Association
Dec.27-30th Hainan
Hosted by INWA and Chinese Nordic Walking Association, organized by Chinese School Nordic Walking Association, the 2017 Convention of Chinese School Nordic Walking Association was held in Hainan Tropical Ocean University, Hainan Province, China from Dec.27-30th.
President of INWA Mr. Aki Karihtala sent his congratulation letter to the convention. Mr. Liqiang Yang (president of CNWA) and Ted Tian (Secretary General of CNWA) from INWA event committee, Ccaojun Wang (president of CSNWA), Dongxia Cui / Jie Dong(vice president of CSNWA), Maolin Zhang (Director of the CSNWA Race Committee), Junli Wang ((Secretary General of CSNWA) and 53 representatives from 28 universities joined the convention.
During the convention, CSNWA made a summary of the main work in the year 2017 and discussed the plan for the year 2018. INWA National Trainer Ted Tian also give a primary NW training course for the representatives that are going to start NW in their universities. CSNWA plans to hold the first National College Teachers NW Trainer Course in the year 2018 and the First college students’ Nordic Walking Championships is also under discussion.
The 2017 Convention of Chinese School Nordic Walking Association was a big success, and all the participants said they would make persistent efforts to promote the development of nordic walking in their schools.
