INWA World Cup in Yushu (Tibet) was held on July 1st 2019 at high altitude of over 3.600 meters.
Profile of the route was the first 5 km uphill and the rest of the route slight downhill or flat.
Fastest time was 2 h 7 min. which was the time of the senior group competitor, Mr. Shi Cun Jun.
Melvin Oluwagbeni from France won his age group competition with the time 2 h 12 min.
The fastest women was Mrs. Jia Hai Ling (senior group) whose time was very good, 2 h 14 min.
The younger age group of women was won by Ms. Zhang Jian Lian with the time 2 h 21 min.
