After 3 years hard work, INWA International Trainers Marco Maas, Naohiro Takahashi and Andrea Di Blasio have finished INWA’s new Instructor Course Manual. With the latest developments, research and updates about gait, posture, walking patterns and intensity levels, this great educational product of INWA has been launched officially this month. The INWA Instructor Course manual 2022 is only available through official INWA member organisations.
The writers have combined their knowledge in this manual and aim with the new content to bring the INWA Instructors and its trainers (National Trainers), to an even higher level of education and knowledge.
INWA’s vision is to create a healthier world by inspiring more people to be physically active and achieve improved feelings of wellness for people of all ages and fitness levels.
INWA’s Nordic Walking is an intensification of regular walking thanks to the active use of a pair of specially designed Nordic Walking poles, whilst maintaining the characteristics of natural, bio-mechanically correct walking and appropriate posture.
Whilst walking with the poles, a natural rhythm is experienced in the fluid movement of the arms and legs.
Without a good posture and gait pattern, INWA’s definition of Nordic Walking can never be achieved.
