Distance & Time Goals – Challenge Yourself

  1. Stick with it – Join a Nordic Walking class every week for a month.

  2. Go non-stop – Nordic Walk continuously for an hour.

  3. Hit your step goal – Set a challenge (e.g., 5,000+ steps per Nordic walk) and track your progress.

  4. Walk with a view – Head out at sunrise or sunset and take a photo of the scenery or a Nordic Walking silhouette against the sky.

  5. Go for 25 – Nordic Walk a total of 25km—all at once or split across multiple walks.

Skill & Technique Challenges – Perfect Your Nordic Walking
