Our Policy & Process

Our objective is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. In the event that you wish to cancel the purchase of a ticket for the convention, education or event, you must notify the INWA Office at least 14 days before the date of the convention, education or event.

You will receive a full refund less the transaction fee charged by PayPal and Eventbrite.
